ARC Manager
The Architectural Review Committee (ARC) process is used by associations to ensure compliance with an association’s architectural guidelines. When a homeowner wants to add a fence or paint their house, for example, they need approval from the ARC before starting the project. The ARC Manager component of uManage is designed to simplify this process for the homeowner and the committee. uManage generates valuable reports keeping tabs on open ARC plans by stage, organizing and tracking the progress of each request.
