The Enhanced Intranet builds upon the success of
the Standard Intranet by providing socially-active
communities with additional collaboration and communication features.
The Personal Tools enable residents to manage their own schedules and
items while the Group functionality allows information to be sent to specific
clubs or groups within the community. In addition, the Enhanced Intranet
supports the ability to view and publish information between various Intranets.

- All content is added through easy-to-use forms so no technical expertise required.
- Our rich text entry fields enable you to create highly customized content. You can cut and paste from your favorite word processor or HTML page and your formatting is preserved. Sizes, colors, tables, lists, hyperlinks and even pictures all appear on your site.
- All items support one-step file attachments. Include a pdf file with your announcement or display a picture with an event.
- Send email reminders to make sure your information is seen. Email contains a link to the particular item.
- Customize access privileges to allow registered members to add content to the site. You may want members to be able to add their own annoucements but only enable administrators to add events.
- All items support an unlimited number of categories. Use categories to organize the intranet content.
- All items support group
and category filters to give a broad view or a
narrow focus.
