- Work with you to create initial announcements, categories and discussion forums
- Invite your residents to join the intranet

| Administrator Training | We will conduct a 2 hour training session on the administrative features of the site. Up to 5 people may attend. |
| Intranet customization | We'll work with you to create the right look and feel for your intranet including:
- Uploading community logo
- Setting the color scheme
- Setting functionality access and permissions

| Phone Support | All community administrators are entitled to unlimited email and phone support from our knowledgeable technicians. Support is offered for both functional and technical questions. |
