Software as a Service (SaaS) Architecture
The eUnify online collection system is delivered as a service over the
internet, ready to be used by organizations both large and small. There
are no upfront capital investments or long term commitments. All that is
required is a browser and broadband internet access. This allows clients
to begin utilizing the software and become productive in a matter of days,
not months or years.
The eUnify service is hosted at a XO Communications facility in Phoenix, AZ which has
redundant power and cooling, multiple, redundant internet feeds and
advanced levels of physical security and environmental protection.
eUnify enhances this by both onsite and offsite backup of data to ensure
the system and your data are always protected.
"Open System" Architecture
eUnify is built with proven, leading edge technology using open
standards. The system is driven by Microsoft SQL Server 2005
databases and the application runs on the latest version of Microsoft
Internet Information Server. eUnify also provides integration into third
party association management and law firm billing systems, further
improving your firms efficiencies.
Role Based Security
All these great features would be of little value if you could not provide
controlled access to all parties. eUnify has implemented a user defined
"role based security" model so each firm can provide the level of support
and end user access as they deem appropriate.
