Violations
Property management companies are responsible for ensuring compliance with a community’s rules and regulations (CC&R’s). Typically the manager does a monthly inspection to record any violations. When a violation is discovered, it is recorded and a workflow is followed to communicate the violation to the homeowner until it is resolved.
uManage supports the mobile capture of violations, which automatically synchronize with your database upon upload, allowing managers to begin the violations workflow process during inspections. Mobile uploads are time stamped and GPS coordinates recorded to document the violation. This information serves as proof for the violation and can be used as an HR tool for tracking the activities of field personnel.
