Work Orders

Work orders are used to manage maintenance activities that need to be performed within a community. uManage mobile manager application captures work orders while a manager is performing property inspections. These inspections can be done as a drive through in a single family association or a walk through in a high-rise or condo property.
Managers use their mobile device to capture photos and create notes for each work-order.  uManage uses GPS technology to display routes on a map and provide confirmation that the inspection work was actually performed. Dispatch of the work order is quickly sent through email or SMS, so even maintenance crews without smartphones can receive dispatches via text messaging.
