eUnifyCentral Releases New Features

CONCORD (August 15, 2002) - eUnifyCentral announced the release of several powerful new features to complement its premier Community Intranet software: eForms, Messages and Service Provider Reviews.

eForms enable you to efficiently gather input from your community through a self-auditing electronic form. You define the look and content of the form and the community members simply fill in the blanks. Their completed form is emailed to you and can be saved by the member for their records. Instead of calling your customer service department for a maintenance request or a service request, residents can simply fill out an eForm.

Intranet messaging functions similar to email with the exception that messages are limited to the intranet. This capability eliminates the threat of spam from people outside of the intranet. In addition, Intranet Messages enable residents to communicate more freely all from within a single application.

Service Provider Reviews enable you to voice your opinion on the products and services you receive from merchants and other service providers. You can specify a numerical rating along with a textual review. Other residents can see the average review and all comments for a particular service provider.
