Seeno Homes Selects eUnifyCentral's Community Intranet

CONCORD (May 13, 2002) - Seeno Homes, a premier builder of homes in Northern California for over 60 years, has selected the eUnifyCentral Community Intranet for use in it's San Marco Master Planned Community in Pittsburgh, CA.

The Community Intranet provides the infrastructure to make San Marco Northern California's first connected community. A connected community is one in which neighbors communicate electronically with each other, the builder and local merchants through their own private intranet.

San Marco will ultimately consist of 1300 single family homes and 2000 multi family residences. It will feature a public community center, two parks, it's own shopping center and a planned school as well as a trail system and open spaces. This community is perfect for a neighborhood Intranet site. Neighbors will be able to offer each other feed back on schools and day care as well as ratings on yard services and pool cleaners.

With so many ways for people to use the new technology, it's a wonder why more developers are not hustling to make the Intranet a fixture at new home communities.
